Most garden rooms fall under permitted development. However, if your building exceeds 2.5m in height when within 2m of boundaries, or if you live in a conservation area, planning permission may be required.

All packages include ground screws, timber-framed base, insulation, electrics (lighting and sockets), heating system, and full installation. The Retreat and Sanctuary offer additional premium features like composite cladding or Western Red Cedar.

Yes. All our garden rooms feature premium insulation, weatherproof materials, and heating systems for comfortable use throughout all seasons.
